Here is a fun way to fitness and weight loss results with a great atmosphere that makes it enjoyable for all fitness levels. The key with any group fitness class is to ensure you go in with the right expectation! This means being realistic with what you will get out of the class.
For example the first visit would simply be to get to know your surroundings and get an insight to the class format. Sesssion two and three would be building on the basics and starting t undertsand the basic moves and counts. Over the following three sessions you will be growing on your co-ordination and timing and by session six you should have an idea of the format, basic moves and how the timing works.
By going into any group fitness class remember these basic steps and feel proud that you are making progress and have a great time while your at it!
