Thursday is a focus on junior development in the 4.20 class and this is wheer juniros will learn how to:
- Warm up for sports
- Move well in the gym
- Be Their best Athlete
We are very passionate about our kids and our community and this program is a great way for us to develop youth in sports and give them the edge over their competition aswell.
